Free Returns and Exchanges
As long as a garment has not been washed or worn, we are happy to process an exchange or refund for you within 60 days of purchase. Please note briefs cannot be returned or exchanged.
To request a prepaid shipping label for a return or exchange please complete our returns and exchanges form here. We will review your request and send a prepaid shipping label to your provided email address within 2 business days of request. Note: Free returns and exchanges are for U.S. orders only. If you are shipping from an international address please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Typical processing time is about 5-7 days once the item(s) are received. Exchanges will ship back through our standard 3-7 day shipping.
Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Extended Holiday 2017 Return Policy:
Eligible products* purchased between October 1, 2017 and November 15, 2017 can be returned up to January 15, 2018. Purchases made after November 15th will comply with our usual 60 day return policy. *Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
